Complete Nutrition will deliver your parcel to any location within South Africa. So no matter where you are located in the South Africa, you can purchase your supplements & accessories on our website and expect your products to arrive at your doorstep with no issues.
THE DELIVERY OPTIONS
Complete Nutrition uses various shipping and delivery methods to get your parcel to you on time.
Standard Delivery – Our Standard Delivery service is handled by various courier companies who will deliver your parcel straight to your door. With this service you will be provided with a tracking number that will allow you to track your parcel every step of the way.
Post Office – Parcels shipped via the South African Post Office are delivered from counter to counter Nation Wide. You will be provided with a tracking number which will allow you to track your order and collect your parcel from your local Post Office at your convenience.
Please Note that all orders will be shipped via Standard Delivery unless a postal address is provided.

- Standard Delivery/Post Office Orders Under R500 will carry a shipping charge of R75
- Standard Delivery/Post Office Orders Over R500 will be shipped Free of charge
OUTLYING AREAS
- Standard Delivery/Post Office Orders Under R500 will carry a shipping charge of R75
- Standard Delivery/Post Office Orders Over R500 will be shipped Free of charge

DELIVERY TIMES
All parcels can be traced and a shipment form with all your tracking information will be sent to you once the order is dispatched.
- Standard Delivery – Major City Centre’s you can expect your parcel to arrive 2 – 5 working days and Outlying Areas you can expect your parcel to arrive 5 – 7 working days, this depends on the distance the parcel needs to travel.
Please Note that the courier companies deliver during normal working hours so please use your Work Address if no persons will be home during those times.
- Post Office – You can expect to collect your parcel within 5 – 10 working days.
IMPORTANT POINTS
- Orders placed after 11:00 on Working Days will be shipped the following day.
- Delivery times specified above may not be applicable if there are unforeseen complications.
- Orders are be shipped during Weekdays and Working Days.
- Orders placed after Friday 11:00 will be shipped Monday morning (Should that Monday not fall on a Public Holiday).
